Cadeby Homes, now in its third decade, is a family run business that has grown by creating small, individual developments, and family homes with character and style.

Based on traditional values, yet with innovative ideas, Cadeby Homes has gained a well deserved reputation in Leicestershire and Warwickshire. Our developments offer a wide range of house types, from affordable housing for the first time buyer to larger, exclusive, luxury properties. Our diverse portfolio of past developments is proof of our approach; excellent locations, individual properties, and attention to detail throughout.

Our reputation has been built on our passion for excellence, with every stage of the design and build process undergoing careful consideration. Building materials, whether visible or not, and fixtures and fittings are carefully chosen to be of the highest quality. Our policy of only building within a 20 mile radius of our base still remains as important as ever. This policy cements our commitment to local needs, whilst also assuring our customers of prompt, personal attention.
