The property has an over-25 years policy and is very strict on noise pollution, as the apartments are in a residential block.
The property does not accept stag or hen groups; such bookings received will be subject to cancellation.
The property reserves the right to request a photographic ID and to pre-authorize a security deposit on the credit/debit card (must be the same card used for the accommodation pre-payment), from GBP 50 up to GBP 250 per person by chip and pin terminal on arrival.
Please be advised that cash, Maestro, Visa Electron, Solo or Laser cards are not accepted as a method of payment or for a pre-authorization.
