A.M. Transport (Liverpool) Ltd is a Merseyside based general haulage company. The company has been trading for over twenty years and is engaged in UK and European haulage. Operating a modern fleet of maximum weight articulated vehicles the company is principally engaged in the carriage of building materials and food and drink products. With a stable customer base of “blue chip” companies A.M. transport have established a reputation for providing a quality service at competitive rates. A.M. Transport (Liverpool) Ltd was incorporated in 1995 prior to this the business operated for six years as a sole proprietorship. The company is family owned with Anthony Andrew and Simon McDonald holding the company’s share capital. They also provide the management of the company on both a strategic and operational level. Originally based in Liverpool the company now operates from modern warehouse and distribution premises in Bromborough. This area affords excellent motorway links and a clean attractive environment whilst still with a short distance from Liverpool. We operate a fleet of modern maximum weight articulated vehicles. All of the vehicles are less than three years old modern and are equipped with mobile communications and tracking systems. All trailers are 13.6m and capable of carrying 26 pallets with a payload of approximately 28 tonne. In addition to the provision of haulage services we offer a parcel and small consignment delivery service utilising 3.5 cwt vans. This service is available at short notice and deliveries can be made throughout the UK and Western Europe.
