Cheshire Country Holidays' first property Brookbank Farm is a converted 17th Century Grade II listed building set in the heart of the Cheshire countryside. The conversion of the farm house took place in early 2013 with the first letting taking place in June 2013. The farm house retains all of it’s natural character with exposed features and original walls kept throughout, these include traditional oak beams and large fireplaces.

The house is set over 3 floors for with a ample space for large groups for family gatherings, a special occasion, hen do’s or stag do’s. The house has a large open plan kitchen, fitted with 2 dishwashers, a fridge freezer, all the pots pans cutlery and plates provided, a modern oven as well as a traditional Aga. Throughout the rest of the ground floor there is a large lounge with wood burner, Television and Xbox, large comfy sofas, a fantastic dinning room large enough to fit 18 around a table, a wet room ideal for disabled guests and a down stairs King sized bedroom. The first floor is made up of 3 bedrooms, all of which are en-suite and the master bathroom complete with a large free standing luxurious bath. Brookbank Farms 2nd floor includes two en – suite bathrooms, a room with 4 singles in ideal for kids or as a sharing room and a games room with pool table and traditional board games for entertainment.

The outside of Brookbank Farm is complete with paved barbeque and patio area including outdoor table and chair sets an open lawn area, ideal for using our croquet sets or for playing football or badminton on. We also have a luxurious outdoor hot tub which can fit 8 people in. The hot tub has 3 different massage and relaxation settings as well as coming with a built in radio for music and a weather cover so you can use it even if it is raining.
