TLC Building services is run by a highly qualified and experienced, hands-on management team who are passionate about every project they undertake. We are proud of our long serving direct labour force. Many have been with the company since leaving school.

We TLC Building Services Ltd were founded in 2008 by our managing director Levi Draycott, carrying out small domestic projects in the initial stages, growing year by year gaining invaluable experience and additional members to our family to leading multi-million-pound projects. We believe our success is due to our ability to effectively communicate with our work force and our clients creating quality of work and satisfaction superior to that of our competition.

We cover all aspects of building from school refurbishments, flat conversions to new builds. Having a stringent processes and using our inhouse quantity surveyor when tendering for projects, we can pin point costs to a high degree of accuracy rather than using a square foot basis, this means no hidden costs, resulting in detailed competitive quotes. Prior to work commencing, a construction contract, works program, and all the relevant health and safety documents will be produced.

When carrying out domestic projects, we generally take on the CDM responsibility and follow CDM regulations 2015, assuming all liability for the duration of the project. We also closely liaise with our commercial developers, ensuring effective communication and the health and safety of our workforce and members of the public is upheld.
Providing excellent management and communication, all our works are completed efficiently, safely and compliant with current building regulations.
