About Us

Aqua Construction is a Gloucestershire based house building company. Established in 1997 by Jason Wasley; the current managing director. The Company operates with a small effective highly qualified management team.
Competence

Aqua enjoys a good working relationship with Architects, Engineers and other professionals who work as part of a team to deliver client satisfaction. Aqua has demonstrated that it is able to meet the various standards and codes required to compete in today’s market. The Company is on the UK Register for Pre-Qualified Construction Services – details can be found on constructiononline.co.uk. The Company operates under the banner of the Considerate Constructors Scheme, which helps maintain high standards for best practice in health and safety and environmental practices. We subscribe to the C&G Safety net programme, which ensures that all company H&S issues are properly monitored. We also provide on-site H&S training and other site disciplines - all personnel are CSCS certified. The majority of our direct labour and sub-contractors are from the local area and we also offer apprenticeships and courses working with local colleges to try and maintain a youthful industry. .

We provide full Design and Build facilities to Developers, Housing Associations, Commercial and private clients. Wherever possible we use materials from sustainable sources and we are experienced in building to the exacting standards required under The Communities and Local Government Code for Sustainable Homes. Our development of 14 new flats at Parkend Road Gloucester, utilised ground source heat technology and won the Gloucester City Council Award for ‘Best Climate Friendly Scheme 2010’.
