The award-winning Jerwood Gallery, situated next to the fishing beach in Hastings’ historic Old Town, is the home for the Jerwood Collection of Modern and Contemporary British art and a diverse exhibition programme.
The gallery café, Webbe's at Jerwood Gallery, overlooks the fishing beach and has an outside sun terrace offering panoramic views of the coastline. It’s a fantastic location for a coffee, lunch or afternoon tea and uses the best of local produce.
The gallery shop stocks a broad selection of books for all tastes and ages relating to art, architecture and the artists who feature in the Jerwood Collection. We also stock a bespoke range of gifts, eco-friendly stationery, postcards and products related to current exhibitions. You can visit the shop anytime without paying admission to the gallery.
Jerwood Gallery is in its 5th year of operating and is a registered charity.
