Each policy sold includes Emergency Medical Expenses Cover with free access to a 24/7 Emergency Medical assistance company.

ERV.co.uk goes that extra mile by providing policy holders with access to our Euro Center teams, an English speaking worldwide network of offices housing medical experts, ready to assist if the unfortunate occurs.

ERV’s Facebook Rules & Guidelines:

Social media is all about being social and engaging with our followers, but there are a few guidelines which will help keep our Facebook page a pleasant, informative and useful experience for everyone:

1. We take your privacy VERY seriously, and so we may have to delete posts which contain any personal data. We strongly advise you NOT to publish any personal information on our page. Telephone numbers, addresses, personal information and policy numbers should not be publically posted. If you need to send us these details, please contact us via a private message first and we will only ask you for the information we need to assist you.

2. There may be times where we may ask you to take a conversation ‘offline’ to avoid the need to have sensitive or personal data transmitted via social media. We may also need to direct your enquiry to a particular member of our team who would be the best person to answer you queries. In this circumstance we will provide you with an email address and/or telephone number for a member of staff who can continue the discussion directly with you.

3. Negative comments or critical feedback helps us to improve our products offerings and, more importantly, our customer service. However, we cannot allow the continuous posting of off-topic messaging which is to the detriment of other users. We reserve the right to remove any posts on our page

4. We will not accept obscenities, insults or any other abusive behaviour to ANY user of this page. We will request that these comments be immediately removed or the user responsible reported to Facebook.
4. Posting of personal or commercial details such as names, e-mail addresses and telephone numbers of any employees, affiliates or partners of ERV is not allowed without permission.
