The Cycle Room

General information

The Cycle Room is a new, independent and premium bike shop in West Sussex. The new flagship store is on East Street in Horsham, offering high quality brands and products, with a warm and friendly service.

The store has an amazing retail space of circa 2500 ft2 stocking many premium brands and different types of bikes including custom build road bikes, trail, mountain bikes and lifestyle urban bikes. We offer a full range of clothing, shoes, and accessories for all types of cycling and cyclist. Whether you are a beginner or elite athlete, The Cycle Room will offer the same warm welcome, experienced staff and level of service to all, ensuring that you enjoy your experience in our shop.

The Cycle Room has a large workshop offering a comprehensive range of repairs, maintenance and servicing starting with a simple inspection service up to a full service where your bike is stripped, cleaned and adjusted. We are also very proud of our state of the art studio devoted to bike fitting where you could come in for a pedal and cleat fit, or the full 3D motion capture.

We have a customer 'pick up' and 'drop off' bay at the rear of the store on Parkway. There is also parking on Denne Road and Piries road both within a minute walk, or the town centre has large multi-storey car parks at Black Horse Way and Swan Walk.
