Brick House Farm is a family run Smallholding dedicated to the production of high quality, Home Made Preserves, including; Extra Jams, Extra Jelly Jams, Marmalades, Chutneys and Fruit Vinegars. We are proud to be members of the Federation of Small Businesses (www.fsb.org.uk)

We aim to provide good quality, Locally produced food at reasonable, sustainable prices.

We keep a small heard of Free Range, Rare Breed Oxford Sandy & Black piggies, from which we produce a range of excellent sausages - Probably the best sausage you can buy in Felsted! - Meatballs, 100% Pork Hamburgers and bacon, as well as the usual professionally butcher Chops and Joints.

Our OSB piggies produce an excellent meat, with good texture and full of flavour; not dissimilar to Wild Boar.

We also keep a small flock of Gothland sheep, from which we produce a range of wool products, fleece, sheep skins and meat.

Our animals are completely Free Range for their entire life, free to exhibit natural behaviours. Our aim is to provide each animal with a good, fulfilling natural life during their time with us, a humane end and to respect the animal, by using as much of the animal as possible.

With ever-longer ecologically damaging Global food Supply Chains, we believe there is a real benefit in knowing where your food comes from and what you are actually eating - EAT LOCAL - No Old Pony!
