General information
Our aim is to make you the best soups you can find and serve them quickly in compostable packaging. We make all our own soups from locally-sourced and seasonal ingredients and are proud to have been awarded "Best Soup Scotland 2013 " by the Good Soup Guide and two Great Taste Awards. We also make salads to the same standards.
Our soups are usually gluten-free because we don't thicken with flour. (We will tell you when a soup contains gluten.) We also provide a choice of gluten-free breads and cakes.
We have Artisan Roast coffee, gourmet hot chocolate, teas from Eteaket, cakes and pastries plus a wide range of snacks and drinks.
We cater mainly for take-out but we do have a few seats. If you want us to save you a space, call us: 0131 226 4436. You need soup.
