Hourglass Fitness provides a balanced and full range of fun, energetic, relaxing and empowering group exercise classes with a timetable to suit all.
The variety and volume of classes Hourglass provides will allow members of all ages and fitness levels the flexibility to keep active, meet their fitness goals or simply have somewhere to unwind.
We offer over 60 classes per week including, Metafit, Spin, Pilates, Yoga, Combat, Pump, BLT and many many more!
With a team of highly qualified and experienced instuctors to help you get results! We have changing rooms and a members cafe.
