Offered is a Vapour/ aqua blasting service for non ferrous metal components, ideal for car and motorbike parts.To include engine casings and covers, cylinder blocks, cylinder heads, rocker covers, pistons, yolks, brake calipers, fork bottoms, swing arms and such like. Anything up to around the size of a Jaguar V12 engine block can be catered for.

Vapour blasting is also suitable for any Aluminium/Brass/Copper/titanium and magnesium components, antiques and household objects. Any parts that have a painted or lacquered surface will have to be dry or plastic bead blasted prior to being vapour blasted as vapour blasting leaves a finish and is a non aggressive process that won't remove coatings.

Also offered is a local walk in parts de-greasing service for any local garages or members of the public that would like anything cleaning the quick and easy way! It really does save on the time,effort and the mess involved in doing it the manual way with a solvent, paraffin and brushes!

Also offered is a small parts dry cabinet blasting service for the removal of rust and heavy coatings from steel and aluminium, this leaves the surface slightly etched ready for painting or as a prerequisite to the vapour blasting process which smooths and shines the surface again.

For paint removal from aluminium or steel without any damage to the surface, I offer a cabinet plastic bead blasting service. Also great for the removal of carbon deposits from pistons, valves and cylinder heads. A very gentle process that's not aggressive enough to remove rust from steel or aluminium corrosion. Also a prerequisite to the vapour blasting process if a painted surface has to be removed.
