General information

Ian Williams and Colin Donovan have been firm friends since childhood and started the company in 1999 by opening the Hockley sales office. In June 1999 Chris Fisher joined them using his 30 years of experience to establish our Lettings and Management Department which, in 2004 we moved to a dedicated office opposite our sales office.

In January 2014 we opened our Benfleet sales and lettings office which is run by Ian, sales manager Lloyd and lettings manager Paul Cross.

In 2015 James Whyte was appointed a director who now runs the Hockley sales office alongside Colin Donovan.

As an independent estate and letting agent you will receive the friendly, personal and professional service one would expect. We offer a full estate agency service complimented by property management, lettings and financial services.

Our marketing campaigns are designed to promote our clients properties in a way that is suitable to their timescales and objectives. Editorial and local advert media will be utilised at every opportunity and incorporated into intelligent marketing campaigns.
