Established in 2013, his new facility in a modern Northampton business park is the fruition of Christian’s lifetime dream to place his own mark on the servicing and restoration of prestige and classic motor cars.

One of the youngest recruits to work at Aston Martin’s Newport Pagnell Works Service and gain membership of “the World’s most Exclusive Club”, The Aston Martin Technician’s Guild, Christian’s enthusiasm and dedication is infectious. Christian actually started his apprenticeship at Renault- but, through the association with three Italian co-workers, he was soon working in the evening and weekends on Ferraris. He moved through employment with Citroen and then a small British classic car garage, servicing and maintaining most British Marques. Finally employment at a Vauxhall main dealer completed his early career.
Then in 1997 his chance to fulfil his childhood ambition when, at the age of 21, he joined Aston Martin Works Service in the Newport Pagnell Centre of Excellence as a Vehicle Technician. During the next ten years Christian took every opportunity to expand his knowledge of each Aston Martin model. He holds qualifications in servicing, maintenance and upgrades from the DB7, 2001 Vanquish and DB9 to the AMDS/V8 including full engine rebuilds of the Aston Martin V12, the power unit that still forms the basis of the majority of modern Astons.
With the move of manufacturing from Newport Pagnell to Gaydon, Christian decided it was time to part with Aston Martin, and moved to one of the most renowned Aston Martin specialists to become workshop manager- running a team servicing and restoring DB4’s DB5’s and DB6’s but, with his ability to service and maintain modern Astons, expanding the offering to customers to taking care of their cars of the modern marque.
Seven years later his passion for the marque and standard of workmanship and customer service, begun at Aston Martin, has been brought to fruition with the opening of his own facility – “The standard and level of work was the best”, says Christian, “The workshop manager put that ethos into the staff.”. “I was taught to do the job like they were my own cars, to treat them and look after them like they were my own and I did.” Now he is determined to instil that standard in his own workforce.
“Customers are encouraged to inspect the car with me, even on the ramp, it allows the owner to understand the car in its current state- involving the client in the condition, history and care of their vehicle… It’s a partnership.”
