Based in Bedford, Taylor Land Limited was established by David R Taylor in September 2010 and is an independent agency which means we give personal service and have been selling Land and New Homes collectively for nearly one hundred years throughout the UK.

Taylor Land Limited has an extensive client base with long standing relationships, not only with land owners but most major developers and local builders. We understand what our client’s requirements are, so when a parcel of land is identified we know who’s criteria it will suit. Clients trust our advice, extensive knowledge and insight into planning.
