Welcome to the home of edible snails. We are a mother and daughter business supplying outdoorgrown Helix aspersa maxima to restaurants, gastro pubs and good cooks everywhere. Slow Summer Snail Farm is located in Grow garden centre at Brogdale Faversham where the National Fruit Collection is based. In summer the snails are fed on vegetables and waste fruit from the packhouse at Brogdale.
