CV Bay is a specialist recruitment company with Head Office in Central Birmingham. We supply the IT, Gaming/Gambling, Finance/Accounting and Engineering markets with both permanent and contract staff.

Formed in 2006 by three Directors who wanted to deliver excellence to clients and shared the ethos that "honesty will win business." This has proved to be right time and again with over 90% of clients we deal with coming back to us.

As we’ve grown, we have been careful to employ people who share our personal values and bring those to the workplace.
