Now in our 6th year, we have helped 100's of women across Colchester to achieve the body shape that they have always wanted with our easy and fun 30 minute workout. Gymophobics is the home of Resisted Tension, the only trademarked execrise programme in the UK, that is designed to get you the results that you want in weeks not months. We cater for all ages and all shapes and sizes. Our ladies range from 16 to 80+. So if you hate gyms you will love the difference that is Gymophobics.

We also incorporate Bodylean, our consultants can help you improve your skin tone and texture as well as remove stubborn pockets of fat safely and non intrusively. Also on site is Fiona's Health and Beauty Suite, open to members and non members. Treatments available include manicures, pedicures, facials, massage, waxing, eye lash tinting and extensions, universal contour body wraps, MINX nails, OPI gel nails and spray tans. We are also delighted to offer you Microdermabrasion.
