InstanceUK has been built upon a professional background focusing on the personalised part of service. We strive to be different from all the other IT service providers, making sure we provide the correct service but also building a relationship with the client matters to us. Once a relationship has been built it is then a lot easier to provide support to each client as there is then an understanding between each party to be able to come to a solution/fix that is viable and workable.

Part of being different is to be very approachable at all times, we do not want to be labelled with the “send a ticket and wait” tech support provider, we are on the end of the phone and will talk to you and assist when you need us.
