General information

At CVS we are the largest integrated veterinary service provider in the UK, operating in excess of 425 veterinary surgeries throughout England, Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales, who deliver small animal, large animal and equine services. These surgeries include seven referral practices providing first class specialist treatment and, as of January 2017, we now own and operate a number of practices in the Netherlands.

We also operate four laboratories performing diagnostic services for the veterinary industry, seven pet crematoria, a successful ecommerce business (Animed Direct), a veterinary recruitment agency (Pet Medic Recruitment), the largest preventative healthcare scheme in the UK (the Healthy Pet Club) with over 300,000 members, a veterinary instruments business (VETisco) and two buying groups (MiVetClub & VetShare). We also have own brand (MiPet) pet foods, products and medications.

Our vision is to continue to be the most comprehensive and integrated provider of veterinary services to animal owners in the UK whilst providing a growing return to our shareholders.
