With over 20 years experience, our house clearance team provide a service second to none.

We can offer both General house & garden clearance and clearance or the disposal of a deceased person's estate.

We can provide full or partial house clearance services together with a house cleaning service if requested. We will pick up the keys or work through your solicitor or estate agent, you do not have to be there. We aim to make house clearance painless and easy.

We specialise in house clearances throughout the Bristol and surrounding area and offer a efficient, professional, affordable, friendly and green service. We will clear your property in a timely fashion, ensuring all items are removed and recycled where appropriate in line with legislation. We are licensed by the Environment Agency to remove waste materials and are fully insured to remove items from anywhere on your premises.

Established 40 years ago we are probably the longest established second user emporium in the west of England.

The Attic has 4 rooms stacked to the rafters with a wide range of second user (and new) items including: electrical, household, garden, tools, fishing tackle, Televisions, audio, equipment, antiques and much more.

We often have larger items in stock, like lawnmowers, mobility scooters, bicycles, beds and other furniture.

We supply beds for landlords (new mattresses).

Delivery is available across Bristol and to most areas covered by the BS postcode. There is a small charge for delivery that varies according to the distance to be travelled.

It's always worth popping in to see us as our stock changes regularly and we might just have what you are after!

There is free parking in the local side streets.
