Our business centres are located exclusively in the East Midlands although many of our clients have national and international operations.

Foxhall Lodge is located close to Nottingham City Centre in a stylish suburb with great views over one of Nottingham’s best known parks. It has the benefit of on-site parking and free access to the City Park-and-Ride area around 200 metres away.

Although it is a Grade 2 listed building, the public areas and office accommodation have a sophisticated contemporary feel which highlight many original architectural features found throughout the four floors.

It benefits from being close to train, tram and bus links and is only 200m away from a secure multi-storey car park. The centre is moments away from Nottingham’s best shops, restaurants and cafes.

King Street has recently been extensively refurbished. As with our other properties, the emphasis of this development has been to deliver maximum flexibility and convenience without impacting on the inherent character of the building.

Hamilton House is located in a stylish suburb close to Nottingham City Centre. The property benefits from an open aspect and on-site secure parking. Additional parking is readily available in the City Park-and-Ride facility only 150 metres away.

Although the property has been fitted out to accommodate the latest IT and state-of-the-art telecoms systems, its classic Victorian character is still very much in evidence. We have worked hard to retain as many original features as possible and believe in doing so our clients can benefit from feeling at home in a space full of character and individuality.

Unlike our serviced office facilities, you have control over how you furnish and equip your space. You only rent the space you need, for as long as you want.

We look after building maintenance, public areas, waste disposal and security as part of your monthly service charge.
