At Nottingham House Clearance Specialists we offer a complete solution to your house clearance needs. We hold Full Public Liability Insurance and are registered with the Environment agency as licensed waste carriers, giving you peace of mind that your waste will be disposed of legitimately.

All our work is fully invoiced and receipted - we never ask for cash in hand. We will also provide you with your waste disposal receipts in order that you will always have a paper trail for your waste.

We will work with estate agents / solicitors / key holder to quote for work and carry out the clearance if you have other commitments or are out of town.

We are fully trained members of the National Academy of Crime Scene Cleaners.
We run an environmentally friendly house clearance service recycling and reusing as many items we are able to and only using pro recycling waste disposal sites in order that as little as possible goes to landfill.
