Welcome to ESP Projects!

Based in Sheffield, South Yorkshire, we provide IT Support and other IT Services to small and medium sized businesses, charities and third sector organisations. We work locally, regionally or even on a UK-wide basis.

IT Support

Whether you’re running a small business or a not-for-profit organisation, and whether you are based in Sheffield or not, our comprehensive IT Support contract has been designed to make it easy for you. For a fixed annual fee, you get access to your ‘very own IT department’ – who are passionate about the job they do and committed to supporting your organisation. Our IT support is delivered by Microsoft Certified engineers who have been handpicked for their approach to customer service. The core team comprises engineers, advisers and web-developers who collectively can provide integrated support services for every aspect if your IT systems.

At ESP we like to get to know you – our contract is not just about fixing the day-to-day issues but also about working strategically and in partnership with you to help you understand and get the most from your technology over the long term. Take out a support contract with ESP and you will have access to a wealth of advice on every type of IT solution from Servers to Cloud technology, CRM systems to VOIP, all of it tailored to your organisations’ particular priorities. Network Installation & Maintenance

ESP will help you plan, budget for and understand your network. Because we work closely with you, we are always on-hand to discuss your needs and talk through the different options available. ESP can source all of the hardware and software you require as well as install Network Cabling (CAT5e) or Wireless solutions. What's more, after implementation, you can take out our comprehensive Network Maintenance & Support contract - and we will act as your very own IT Department!

PCs and Peripherals

With our links to distributors and suppliers, ESP can advise on and supply custom-built or branded PC's, Servers and peripherals at competitive prices. We can also supply software packages like Office and Antivirus systems with generous discounts for not-for-profit organisations.

Website Design

ESP creates websites, portals and intranets to meet the needs of your target audience or your chosen functionalities. Whether you would like to maintain your website yourself, require training or would prefer ESP to update it for you, we have the solution for you. We are happy to meet with you and discuss your project on a no-fee basis and will explain hosting and website technology options in a clear and useful manner.

Database Creation

ESP's expert programmers can develop small or large database applications to suit. Whether you require a database to help with your contacts, membership, funding and monitoring requirements or simply to help run the organisation, we will work with you to develop a solution that is reliable and easy-to-use. Database development need not be an expensive endeavour - call us to arrange an appointment!

Email and Internet Systems

Using only well-established suppliers, ESP can help setup and install inexpensive and reliable ADS, FTTC, SDSL internet connections. We can also advise on email systems featuring Antivirus and Spam filtering as well as shared contacts and calendars.
