General information

Imprimere ist Hersteller und Anbieter von Anlagen, welche Skulpturen, Gebäudeelemente und andere Freiform-Objekte aus Beton herstellen.

Imprimere produces and provides machines which produce concrete sculptures, building modules and other freeform-objects of concrete.

Der Big 3D-Drucker ist die erste von uns entwickelte Anlage zum Herstellen von gestaltfreien Betonobjekten.

The Big 3D-Printer is our first developed machine to create free-form concrete objects.

Diese Maschine baut die Betonlagen inklusive Bewehrung schichtweise von unten nach oben auf.

This machine fabricates the part inclusive reinforcement by stacking layers of semi-liquid concrete on each other and let them dry.

Die Leichtbauweise der Systemkomponenten ermöglichen hohe Beschleunigungen und somit kürzere Produktionszeiten. Die Fachwerkstruktur aus Carbon wird für den Einsatz natürlich durch eine Schutzhülle abgedeckt.

The lightweight structure of carbon tubes allows a high acceleration and in this way short production times. The inside of the machine of course is covered with a protective case to prevent the components from dirtying.

Die herstellbaren Objekte haben eine Grösse von bis zu 6 mal 3 Meter Fläche und 5.5 Metern Höhe. Je nach Belastung kann das Bauteil durch eine Stahlbewehrung verstärkt werden.

The maximal size of produced objects is 6 x 7 meters layer dimension and 5.5 meters height. Depending on the required load the part can be reinforced by steel.
