C’est dans un bâtiment érigé en 1909 que la clinique débute son activité sous l’impulsion d’un groupe de médecins, forte de son expérience passée, elle contribue largement à étoffer l’offre de la région en matière de soins hospitaliers.
Gérée depuis 2002 par les praticiens qui y exerçaient, elle se devait de moderniser ses infrastructures et ses équipements pour maintenir et développer ses activités. En 2012, la clinique Montbrillant a inauguré sa nouvelle infrastructure: un plateau opératoire ultra moderne et performant, dans un nouveau bâtiment jouxtant l’ancien.
