General information
Ingredientele începuturilor noastre au fost următoarele: un caiet vechi legat cu reţete de panificaţie din întreaga lume, caracter, pasiune şi curaj.
Astfel, prima pâine aburindă, ieşită din cuptor, a fost pentru noi un impuls să continuăm şi să ne dezvoltăm. Treptat, am deschis noi porţi ale bucătăriei, având în total în momentul de faţă patru secţiuni importante: brutărie, patiserie, cofetărie şi gastronomie.
