Accogliendovi e coccolandovi nella nostra terrazza con la sua vista sulle meraviglie di Palermo, vogliamo stuzzicare tutti i vostri sensi anche con la nostra cucina. I nostri piatti sono realizzati utilizzando le risorse del nostro territorio e, volendo regalarvi sapori naturali ed originari, abbiamo scelto di non eccedere con spezie, grassi e condimenti, preferendo cotture al forno, al vapore ed essenzialmente di preparazione immediata.
La nostra tradizione culinaria ha comunque grande spazio nel menù così come la nostra attenzione è rivolta a chi ha particolari esigenze alimentari; è quindi possibile scegliere il tipo di farina differente, sia per la pasta che per il pane.

We want to whet all your senses with our cooking while greeting and cuddling you in our terrace with its view of a wonderful Palermo. Our courses are made using the resources of our territory and, since our intent is to give you genuine and original tastes, we choose not to exceed with spices, fats and dressings, preferring instead baking, steaming and dishes of immediate preparation.
Our culinary tradition has a great space in the menu, likewise our attention is addressed to whom has special food needs; for that reason it is possible to choose among different kinds of flours, both for pasta and bread.
