RadioLuiss nasce nel 2006, come una delle prime web radio universitarie italiane. Propone un palinsesto variegato, che alterna programmi di informazione e approfondimento a programmi musicali e di intrattenimento, in diretta dal Lunedì al Venerdì dalle 10 alle 24.
L'attuale direttore responsabile è Lorenzo Tawakol; il direttore artistico è Mara Peverini.
