La nostra azienda nasce nel 2003 dall'imprenditorialità di Alessandro e Federico Pasqualetti, basata sull'esperienza ereditata dal padre Luciano nell'industria della lavorazione del pellame.
All'inizio, AEFFE MACHINERY SRL, situata a Calcinaia in provincia di Pisa, ha prodotto diverse macchine per le fabbriche di calzature.
Due anni dopo, nel 2005, abbiamo cominciato a produrre alcuni macchinari per le concerie tessili in Brasile e per alcune concerie italiane.
I primi macchinari marchiati AEFFE MACHINERY sono stati le perforatrici, macchine semplici con un pettine di perforatori che ripetono il loro disegno ad ogni avanzamento della pelle o dei materiali in fogli che vengono posti sul nastro trasportatore. In questa macchina è possibile perforare e comporre qualche disegno differente modificando elettronicamente l’avanzamento del tappeto. Cambiando il pettine e sostituendolo con delle piastre riscaldate si ottengono delle stampe e se inseriamo insieme al materiale della carta transfert, la macchina riesce a stampare e trasferire lamine; ponendo degli aghi ottiene una micro-perforazione e inserendo dei punzoni si ottiene la punzonatura.
Dopo qualche tempo, l’ufficio tecnico dell’azienda sostituisce il pettine con una testa speciale, la quale non ha più perforatori ma delle lame, dando vita così alla AF CUT: un nuovo modello di macchina con funzionalità totalmente differenti. La AF CUT sin da subito ha un enorme successo dovuto alla semplicità con la quale si possono ottenere tagli completamente differenti senza dover sostituire in macchina nessun tipo di attrezzatura o utensile, ma semplicemente variando l’angolo di taglio e l’avanzamento del tappeto di carta.
Ma l’azienda non si ferma e, decisa a cambiare il mondo della perforazione, mette a punto Factotum: un sistema elettromeccanico che permette ad una particolarissima testa di potersi muovere anche lungo il terzo asse, dando all’operatore la possibilità di disegnare e scrivere tutto ciò che riesce ad immaginare. L’arrivo del terzo asse comporta una novità unica per le macchine perforatrici: i clienti infatti non dovranno più comprare centinaia di stampi per cambiare gli articoli di perforazione, ma con un semplice clic potranno trasmettere alla macchina il disegno creato da loro con l’apposito software AFCAM.
Passa pochissimo tempo e l’azienda presenta un modello ancora più sorprendente e innovativo! Il mercato chiede insistentemente la pelle di rettile e AEFFE MACHINERY presenta AF SNAKE: una macchina in grado di squamare pelli e materiali in fogli imitando in modo incredibile le squame di un rettile vero.
I modelli AEFFE ora sono quattro: perforatrice, intagliatrice, Factotum e Snake. Il mercato è in difficoltà e le aziende sono costrette a scegliere una delle quattro possibilità di rifinizione proposte dall’azienda, così AEFFE decide di dare ai propri clienti un’altra opportunità e immette sul mercato 2 nuovi modelli di macchinari: le Multifunzione Leggere e la Multifunzione EVO. Due tipi di macchine in grado di eseguire tutte le lavorazioni proposte scegliendo tra tre macchine complete ma più snelle e leggere e una macchina completa e con una potenza, una qualità e una produzione aumentata rispetto a tutte le macchine costruite prima.
Poi l’azienda toscana decide anche di affacciarsi al mondo della finta pelle e del tessile creando due ulteriori modelli: il primo capace di eseguire le stesse lavorazioni anche su qualunque materiale e il secondo in grado di ampliare la gamma di articoli perforati.
AF LeSyTex (Leather-Synthetic-Textile), una fedele riproduzione del modello EVO, ma con tutti gli accorgimenti che servono al mondo del materiale in rotolo e AF 2H, una nuovissima versione di Factotum capace di pilotare non una testa ma due teste diverse aumentando in maniera esponenziale la possibilità di disegnare e scrivere con la perforazione, usando due forme diverse di foro oppure due lavorazioni differenti contemporaneamente.
Intenzionati a soddisfare la continua richiesta del mercato nel campo delle innovazioni, AEFFE MACHINERY propone un nuovo tipo di lavorazione da poter utilizzare sulla Multifunzione EVO: il “Sistema di Agugliatura”. Modificando in pochissimi passaggi la conformazione della testa di lavorazione, aggiungendo degli apposti strumenti e utilizzando gli specifici materiali (quali pelle vera, pelle sintetica, tessuti, materiali plastici etc.), si possono ottenere dei bellissimi quanto sorprendenti disegni agugliati.
Ad oggi, AEFFE MACHINERY è la ditta tecnologicamente più avanzata e completa nel mondo dei macchinari per conceria e materiali sintetici. Un progetto nato dalle menti dei fratelli Pasqualetti, Federico ed Alessandro, in continuo sviluppo da più di 14 anni. Uno stile inconfondibile conosciuto in ogni parte del mondo.

Our company was born in 2003 from the entrepreneurship of Mr. Alessandro and Mr. Federico Pasqualetti, based on the experience inherited from his father Luciano in the leather processing industry.
At the beginning, AEFFE MACHINERY SRL, located in Calcinaia in the province of Pisa, produced several machines for shoe factories.
Two years later, in 2005, we started to produce some machinery for textile tanneries in Brazil and for some Italian tanneries.
These first machineries were perforators, simple machines with a perforating comb that repeat their design at each advancement of the leather or of the materials in sheets that are placed on the conveyor belt. In this machine you can drill and compose some different design electronically modifying the progress of the carpet. Changing the comb and replacing it with the heated plates you will obtain printed matter and if we put the material and the transfer paper together, the machine can print and transfer foils; placing the needles gets a micro-drilling and inserting the punches you can achieve the punching.
After some time, the technical office replaces the comb with a special head, which has no more punches but the blades, thus giving life to the AF CUT: a new machine model with totally different functions. The AF CUT right now has a huge success due to the simplicity with which you can get completely different cuts without having to replace any type of equipment or machine tool, but simply by varying the cutting angle and advancement of the paper carpet.
But the company does not stop itself and, determined to change the world of drilling, develops Factotum: an electromechanical system that allows to a very special head to move itself also along the third axis, giving the operator the ability to draw and write everything he can imagine.
The arrival of the third axis involves a unique innovation for drilling machines: in fact, customers no longer have to buy hundreds of molds to change drilling articles, but with a single click will be able to transmit to the machine the created drawings by themselves with the appropriate AFCAM software.
Very little time passes and the company has a more surprising and innovative model! The market urges the reptile skin and AEFFE MACHINERY presents AF SNAKE: a machine that can flake leathers and materials in sheets imitating in an incredible way the scales of a reptile.
The AEFFE models now are four: driller, carver, Factotum and Snake. The market is struggling and the companies are forced to choose one of four finishing possibilities proposed by the company, as well AEFFE decides to give its customers another opportunity and places on the market two new models of machineries: Light Multifunction Machines and Multifunction EVO. Two types of machines capable of performing all the proposed processes by selecting between three complete machines but leaner and lighter and a complete machine and with a power, a quality and an increased production with respect to all built the first machines.
Then the Tuscan company also decides to look out at the world of imitation leather and textiles by creating two additional models: the first one able to perform the same operations also on any material and the second one able to expand the range of perforated items.
AF LeSyTex (Leather-Synthetic-Textile), a faithful reproduction of the EVO model, but with all the applications that are used in the world of the material in roll and AF 2H, a brand-new version of Factotum capable of driving not one head but two different heads increasing exponentially the ability to draw and write by the drilling, using two different shapes of the hole or two different working processes simultaneously.
Willing to meet the continuous demand of the market in the field of innovations, AEFFE MACHINERY proposes a new type of processing that can be used on the Multifunction EVO: the “Needling System”. Setting in very few steps the conformation of the working head, adding the affixed instruments and using the specific materials (such as real leather, synthetic leather, fabrics, plastic materials etc.), you can obtain beautiful as well as surprising needled drawings.
Till today, AEFFE MACHINERY is the most technologically advanced and complete company in the world of machineries for tannery and synthetic materials.
