Vivido nasce nel 2001 come progetto per la realizzazione di Amici Riuniti uno dei primi siti di social networking, acquisito l'anno successivo da una società inglese.
Fino al 2015 è stata costituita da due unità : Sviluppo Software e System Integration.
Dal gennaio 2016 ha ceduto il ramo System Integration per concentrarsi sullo Sviluppo Software tramite il marchio SISTEMA SOFTWARE (www.sistemasoftware.it).
Dal 2013 ha creato a Durazzo - Albania - la società di produzione VIVIDO SOFTWARE SH.P.K. (www.vividosoftware.com)
