Gradè nasce nel 1994 a Ruffano (Le) città dell'arte artigiana.
Fondata da Marcello Grasso noto maestro restauratore nato a Ruffano ,apprende l'arte del restauro a Modena, dove si usa un tipo di restauro tradizionale e secolare , con prodotti ad estrazione naturale non sintetici.
Marcello dopo aver conseguito diversi titoli di studio del restauro decide di portare nel salento la sua arte ed apre "Gradè".
La filosofia della bottega non cambia dopo ancora 20 anni dall'apertura si utilizza il metodo di restauro usato 100 anni fa nel modenese.
