Furthermore, to make your holidays more enjoyable, the house has a veranda of 20 square meters furnished with table, chairs, allows you to make your outdoor meals in complete relaxation, the veranda is the only area of the house where smoking is permitted.
The house is on the outskirts, in the residential area of Cagliari, Pirri, parking is no problem right outside the house, at any time of day. the location is good both for visiting Cagliari center (just a few minutes' drive) and for visiting the beaches of the south coast of Sardinia. The airport of Cagliari Elmas, is 8 km and is a 10-minute drive.

L'appartamento, luminoso, con le due camere da letto, spaziose, confortevoli, la prima con letto matrimoniale fisso, l'altra stanza con due letti uguali e indipendenti che si possono affiancare e fare un'altro letto matrimoniale, il tutto per permettere un soggiorno confortevole ad una famiglia di 4 persone o due coppie che vogliono mantenere la propria privacy, ingresso con un ampio salone a doppia esposizione, con un angolo cottura.
Inoltre una veranda di 20 mq arredata, con tavolo, sedie, permette di fare i pasti all'aperto, in assoluto relax, la veranda è l'unica zona della casa in cui è permesso fumare, nella casa sono presenti oltre alla cucina a gas, una lavatrice, condizionatori in tutte le camere, asciugacapelli, asse e ferro da stiro.
