Aspria Brussels Royal La Rasante is one of three exclusive Aspria sports clubs in Brussels. They'll provide you with individual support and personalised advice, tailored just for you. Our personal trainers will create a bespoke training programme and supervise your workouts to help motivate and challenge you so that you can reach your full potential. You'll also benefit from their expert knowledge, as they can advise you on nutrition and health problems and inform you about the latest developments in wellbeing research. Individual training for triathlons and multidisciplinary sports is also possible.
