Bauska Central Library Company Information

Bauskas Centrālā bibliotēka agrāk atradās Pils (tagadējā Plūdoņa) ielā 19, pilsētas Domes ēkā. Lai gan 1925. gadā Bauskā bija tikai nedaudz vairāk kā 5 tūkstoši iedzīvotāju, pilsētā darbojās 5 bibliotēkas. Kara laikā pilsētas bibliotēkas ēka tika sagrauta, vēlāk pārvietota uz pilsētas Kultūras nama (tagad Tautas nama) telpām, kur atrodas arī patlaban.
