In het Humanity House zie, hoor en beleef je wat het betekent om te moeten overleven in een gebied waar een conflict heerst of een ramp heeft plaatsgevonden. Via een ervaringsreis door het museum wordt het onvoorstelbare voorstelbaar gemaakt.
Het Humanity House is naast een museum ook een platform waar regelmatig lezingen, debatten, exposities, filmavonden en andere activiteiten plaatsvinden. En het Humanity House biedt scholen een educatief programma dat kinderen en jongeren meeneemt naar het leven in een vluchtelingenkamp. Ook voor studenten zijn er speciale programma's beschikbaar.
