It's my aim to provide space and support for my clients.So they can improve their poise and balance, heal from pain, injury or trauma and thrive. With my colleagues in the international Alexander Technique community I share insights from more than twenty years experience of hands-on work in the disciplines Alexander Technique Cranio Sacral Therapy and Reflex Inhibition Therapy.
