Located in a great location only 1 km away from the beach and the city, the one-storey 130 sq. m villa offers outstanding panoramic views and the best comforts to our guests.
It can accommodate 6 people in beds and up to 8 people if it is necessary.
Indoor layout
Entering the villa there is a spacious open plan area consisting of the fully equipped kitchen with a dining table and the living room with a large sofa, a fireplace, a 50” satellite HDTV and Playstation 3. The area opens to a balcony which offers the excellent sea view. As you go through the hall way there are 3 bedrooms with 32” HDTV and the main bathroom with bath and shower. All the bedrooms have 2 single beds which can also be converted to a double one. One of the bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with shower.
Outdoor area
The beautifully landscaped outdoor area of the villa offers a variety of facilities and spots for relaxation.
More specifically our outdoor facilities include:
- 30 sq. m swimming pool
- Fully equipped barbecue area
- Two outdoor dining tables under shadows with views to the pool and the surrounding landscape
- A variety of furnished spots (with sun beds, umbrellas and hammocks) for relaxing in the garden
- Organized playground area for children
- Parking space for many cars
The whole outdoor area is totally private and fenced, offering full privacy to our guests.
