Villa Dimitra is a traditional two-storey maisonette in Gennadi Village, seat of the municipal unit of South Rhodes that is rich with culture and mythology. It is located 64 km from the town of Rhodes, 28 km from Prasonisi – for the lovers of wind related sea sports – and 22 km from charming Lindos town and its popular Acropolis.

Taking the name of Demeter (Dimitra), Goddess of the harvest and agriculture, the house is set amidst 1500 m2 of lovingly cared for garden with flowers, fruit trees and aromatic herbs.

Villa Dimitra is furnished with contemporary Rhodian Elements, always with comfort and functionality as priority. It provides a spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen, dining table, washing machine and dish washer. Air conditioning is available in all rooms. 4 bed rooms, accommodate up to 9 persons (3 double beds & 3 single beds). Furthermore, 2 bathrooms and a big furnished balcony will please even the most discerning guest. Dream away while enjoying the peaceful sunset from the beautiful balcony that offers a breath-taking view over the magnificent Mediterranean Sea. To end your day with a sumptuous meal in the company of friends or family, BBQ facilities are available. The private pool with sun beds and umbrellas complement the villa´s facilities in surroundings that invite you to linger to enjoy the cool shade and an energizing dip into the water.

The Villa, the garden and the pool area stand out after sunset with a luminous glow, creating splendid scenery for get-togethers, relaxing or having a drink admiring the spectacular changing colors of the pool. In only 3 minutes’ walk you can dive into the crystal clear waters of Gennadi Beach, a truly invigorating experience. Apart from the main entrance, the Villa can be accessed through an automatic wide gate with plenty of parking space, providing a safe and secure environment.

The house was originally built as a country retreat of the Parbouni family and that is why our main goal is to offer our quests a unique holiday experience mixed with memorable Greek hospitality by providing the comfort, relaxation and serenity they deserve.
