“ Cretan Olive Mill ” is a family run business founded in 1866. It is one of the leaders and oldest companies in Greece in the field of producing, bottling and exporting Extra Virgin Olive Oil from the region of Crete Island, a famous island with a long history.
We are a fully modern company in terms of infrastructure. Our premises are located about 10 km away from Heraklion Port –Crete, a place that allows easy access and convenience to the whole word.
Almpantakis family always seeks excellent quality, exquisite taste and high nutritional value for their products, combining tradition and innovation. The company has a wide variety of extra virgin, virgin, organic and aromatic oils in different packaging, delivering in Greece and all over the world.
Our strong commitment to quality, consistency, competitiveness and our respect to our partners and consumers, led to a very rapid expansion of our business. Today we can claim with pride that we are ranking among the leading olive oil packing companies in Greece with 70% of our turnover coming from exports.
Our company is certificated under ISO 22000 system, IFS, BRC and Kosher and is working under the most recent EU regulations concerning our products.
