Survey Digital is the exclusive spare parts provider for Satcon for whole Europe and none exclusive service partner for Greece, Italy, France, Czech Republic, Germany, Romania, Spain, Belgium, Slovakia, Slovenia, Bulgaria, as well as Saudi Arabia. Survey Digital operates the hotline, provides spare parts, as well as corrective and preventive maintenance services. Survey Digital has exclusive access to proprietary Satcon components and spare parts supply as well all Satcon intellectual property, including tools, critical software and technical designs.
