Jabulani Camp Site has been in the making for the past 12 years. After purchasing a small holding of 28 hectares, a process was initiated to rezone the property from agricultural land use to camp site use. As the property is part of a conservation area, stricter rules for rezoning was applied.It has been a long tedious process, but at last, in January 2011 final approval for rezoning was received.
Jabulani camp site is approximately 28 km outside of Pretoria. The final phase of developing the camp site, intends to accommodate at least 800 people. This will be sufficient for a school attending a weekend camp.
