Sxollie, an alcoholic apple cider that salutes the opportunistic and playful spirit of urban Africa.
With a unique flavour profile enhanced through the use of fresh South African apples and our secret recipe inspired by winemaking expertise, Sxollie skilfully salutes the distinctive flavour of apple varietals.
Our ciders are distinctive, premium, single varietal African ciders/ perrys that are locally grown in the Elgin Valley.
Our cider is a naturally sweet cider made from fresh juice, with no added concentrate, using varietal apples sourced from the Elgin Valley.
The cider/perry is available in 3 varietals:
o Golden Delicious (sweet)
o Granny Smith (tart)
o Packham (pear)
We selected our flavours by deliberately selecting the premium apple and pear varietals that South Africa most proudly produces and exports.
