HOW DO WE SELL? OPTION 1:

Brocor is a fully fledged Real Estate Agency offering our customers the opportunity to buy and sell by means of out of hand treaty. We have
close relationships with all the major financial institutes and bond originators assisting our prospective buyers with their applications for bond
finance. We also provide our sellers with expert evaluations on their properties to determine current market values.

OPTION 2:

Brocor has a proven track record of over 15 years in the selling of property via the auction method. Our sellers have the option of selling their
property via 3 auction methods:
•On Site Auction
•Multi Property Auction (where more than one property is offered up for grabs in one location)
•Online Property Auctions
We can host any property auction within 21 days from the seller mandating us

Advertising and marketing is the single most important process in the disposing of our clients' properties. Over the years Brocor has perfected

Even though other companies have scaled down in making use of Print Media because of the exuberant costs, at Brocor we still believe using
this medium gives our clients the maximum exposure to the broader public. We currently advertise in all National Newspapers including but
not limited The Sunday Times, Rapport, The Citizen, The Star, Die Beeld, Die Burger, Die Volksblad, Cape Times, Cape Argus, Daily Dispatch,
Natal Mercury as well as Farmers Weekly, Landbou Weekblad, Business day, all local tabloids, posters and pamphlet distribution.

DIGITAL PLATFORMS:

Currently we are listed on 54 Digital Platforms, advertising all our properties including out of hand sales and auctions. These platforms include
Property24, OLX, Gumtree, The Auctioneer etc.

Our brand new website has been developed by one of South Africa's leading developers and boasts all the latest technologies and portal
search engines available on the market today. Our website is updated on a daily basis and includes all our properties whether on auction or
out of hand treaty. Our latest addition to the website has been the inclusion of our online auctions. Our website address is extensively
marketed in all our marketing campaigns.

SOCIAL MEDIA:

Since the beginning of time the best way of marketing has always been “ Word of mouth”.
In 2016 this translates to Social media, using technology available we can now INSTANTLY spread the word and reach numbers of people
that could never be imagined! In reality there is only a certain amount of potential buyers for a given property, but by applying some basic
rules of old fashioned marketing with a new age twist to it we can now reach them so much quicker. In fact, instantly.

of our branches country wide easier with just one number. As part of our responsibility toward our communities, Brocor engages in various
charity events. Soft points for us has always been the disabled, children and the elderly. We also, on a regular basis assist any organisation
in the conduction of charity auctions whereby we offer our services for free. Furthermore, as branding exercises, we are constantly exposed

COSTS:

In all instances whether it be an auction or out of hand, Brocor charges no advertising fees. When a property is auctioned off, the seller does
not pay any commissions. Commissions are paid by the purchaser.
