Rainbow Kids started as a publication and was launched in the Cape Peninsula in 1996 after research showed that parents with small children needed a comprehensive guide to inform them about daycare's, schools, medical practitioners, extra tuition, etc. At that time there was nothing available. The publication became so popular that the web site www.rainbowkids.co.za was launched in 1998.

It did not take us long to expand the web sites to include all kiddie related activities. The is the perfect portal to find information on parties, extra murals, therapists, suppliers and any information you need to make your parenting so much easier.

As the motto of Choice Media is to give families a “responsible and informative choice” we endeavor to keep our content as relevant as possible.

Rainbowkids.co.za and our partner website, Connectingkidz.co.za, has proven themselves over the years as the best and most informative parenting websites in South Africa.
