General information
Igennix Financial Services was founded in 2004 by Jamal Ismail, focusing mainly on medical aids as well as personal insurance. In 2008, due to client demand, we re-aligned our practice to cater for the needs of professionals as well as entrepreneurs. Most of our clients were experts at their field, but had rather limited knowledge on their insurance needs and needed a trusted advisor to partner with.
Even though it is compulsory for all financial advisors to abide to a code of ethics, there are unfortunately still advisors and organisations who make decisions based purely on remuneration, and often it is at the expence of the client. We realised that many of our clients previously fell into this trap, and generally will find out when it is too late.
At Igennix , our clients will always be at the heart of all our decisions and all recommendations will always in in our clients best interest.
