General information

Niko industries was founded in July of 2014 to fill a need in the Gulf Coast region for professional powder coating and anodizing services. Many companies, including our parent company Ruelco, had been outsourcing powder coating and anodizing jobs. We discovered that it was difficult to get the quality results that we demanded from the existing powder coaters and anodizers. Also, the existing shops were not setup to do large industrial or high volume pieces, and they were not able to achieve the delivery dates that we requested. So we decided to do something different, and we purchased a 60,000 sqare foot building. We then installed the largest ovens and powder spray booths we could fit in our building, setup an aluminum anodizing line, and a 75ft x 20ft blasting area. The result is a professional powder coating and anodizing facility, which we staffed with employees that know quality is job one.

In March of 2015 we started the Niko awning, canvas, and marine upholstery department. We hired a staff with a combined 75 years of experience in the business. Over the years they designed and installed thousands of awning covers, tarps, boat tops, boat covers, and enclosure rooms. Niko Awnings can be seen on commercial retail buildings, offices, schools, country clubs, and homes across the gulf coast.

Our services include anodizing type II and type III coatings; small or large blasting jobs; a wide variety of engraving solutions; and four powder coating enclosures to handle jobs of all sizes. Our products include custom manufactured awnings and canopies, and custom canvas covers and tarps.
