True Colors Equine Farm

General information

TrueColorsEquineFarm symbolizes a circle woven with Education, knowledge, commitment, safety, patience, compassion, understanding and healing. Fern and Anja race their children with 3 Dogs, 5 Cats, a Bearded Dragon, Horses a Donkey and a mini pig on the farm. Fern is a medically retired US Soldier and enjoys being able to care for the animals and supports Anja in her journey to become Doctor of Animal Naturopathy. Anja studied Animal Psychology and specialized in Equine, Canine and Feline Ethology. Anja created back in her home country Germany a workshop seminar with her long friend Sabine Fotr, Bare-hoof Therapist, which is a journey thru the Evolution of the Horse and it's current existence. Anja worked on Projects about the Sorraia Mustangs, elimination of stereotype behaviors in horses and horse communication. Anja's grandfather was a horse trainer back in Hungary, so the horse virus transferred genetically. Her training methods are based on natural horsemanship with later refinement in performing with cadence, softness and responsiveness without fear. Clear communication at all times, with fairness and positive rewards is the key.
Anja has her main focus on "problem horses" but enjoys refreshing, colt starting and helping others to reach their goal or get back in the saddle. The Farm is a homestead to gather with friends who share the same passion. Growing Fruits, herbs and vegetables is also part of it.
