Kurtis Loomis

Kurtis has been practicing law for over 30 years, focusing primarily on bankruptcy, family law and criminal defense. Before moving his practice to his hometown of Loveland, Colorado, Kurtis worked with Hatch & Loomis, PC in Corpus Christi, Texas. Since his return to Colorado, Kurtis’s professionalism and compassion have made a difference in the lives of thousands of local residents. He also served on the Loveland City Council from 1996-2001, serving as the Mayor Pro Tem for the last 2 years. Kurtis is a member of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys. He graduated from the University of Colorado and earned his Juris Doctorate Degree from the University of Denver College of Law. Kurtis is also a military veteran, having served as a Russian linguist in the United States Air Force.

Jason Greene

Jason joined Kurtis Loomis in 2010. Previously, Jason worked for an estate planning firm, the legal department of an upstart Boulder-based company, and the compliance department of an international equipment financing & leasing company. He currently specializes in bankruptcy, DUI defense and family law. Jason is a member of the Colorado Bar Association, as well as the Larimer County Bar Association. Originally from Maryland, Jason graduated from the University of Colorado with a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and then earned his Juris Doctorate Degree from the University of Colorado School of Law.

Emilie Pla

Emilie joined The Law Offices of Loomis & Greene in 2013. Prior to joining Kurtis and Jason, Emilie practiced family law in Wyoming. She now specializes in bankruptcy and family law for both English and Spanish speaking clients. Emilie is a graduate of Colorado State University where she graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Liberal Arts concentrating on the Spanish Language. She also received an Intensive Language Program Certificate from the University of Granada located in Granada, Spain. She earned a Juris Doctorate Degree from the University of Wyoming College of Law. She is a member of the Colorado Bar.
